This has worked better than any other product I’ve tried. I have high anxiety and this has allowed me to discontinue taking alprazalom. Actually works better for me than the small dose of alprazalom I was talking. I haven’t tried it to try and ease a panic attack, but it’s great for every day anxiety. My only complaint is it’s expensive.

When I first ordered, I didn’t like the size of the capsules, they are pretty big for me to swallow. I requested to return the product and they issued me a full refund. I am a holistic nutritionist and all about that natural herbal remedy, although I admit I was a tish skeptical of if all these wonderful natural remedies could be packed into one tiny capsule. I am on my second month of using PEAK - prior to trying Peak I was having daily panic attacks as well as constant racing thoughts- I was completely exhausted by the end of my work day and seeing no end in sight. I’ve been using this product for a week or two now and so far so good. Thought product would be good. Did due diligence on the company and the product and learned this was a good choice. I'm an insomniac, I absolutely love it. It also comes my nerves and gives me a very relaxed and almost sedated feeling.

I really enjoy the product, which is why I come back. Usually takes me 2 capsules to get to where I want to be which is okay in my book. The only thing that I struggle with is the ship time seems to take longer than I would expect. I get a notice says before the product is actually dropped off at the USPS site. I do understand that shipping delays happen but it would be nice for them to be within a 2 days of purchase (like Amazon Prime). Thank you in advance for listening!

Just had a major stress trigger. I hadn’t tried this yet so the thought crossed my mind to try one - so went ahead and swallowed on capsule and definitely “feel” a bit calmer and in control. I suffer from cripping anxiety: Generalized Anxiety Disorder to be exact. My meds help but on some very stressful days, they just aren't enough. Taking peak on top of my meds has helped me feel calmer, more relaxed, and able to handle the stressors that come my way.

Let me say that this is my first time taking PEAK. I’m very experienced with mood enhancers/suppressants. I consumed 1 capsule on an empty stomach. That was about 45 minutes ago. The effects came on within 10 minutes, I would guess. The experience is ok. I guess I thought it would be a little more “heavy” or relaxing. It’s actually a little more stimulating than relaxing. Not in a bad way, though. Overall, I’d say if your using it for anxiety(like I am), it seems to be pretty good. I feel good and am pretty stress free, very light body buzz and slightly heady. So, for that I’d give it 4-5 stars. If you’re looking for a sedative effect…probably not your thing or you might have to take a larger serving. Peace.

Been using benzos for years due to anxiety. Peak seems to benefit me even more than those. Quality seems good, after taking a capsule i feel calmer, less anxious and more sharp for hours. the only concern is making sure I reorder when I run out. Whenever i feel stressed or anxious, i take this and it helps a lot. I take it for the ashwagandha. But all the other ingredients really add a boost, the difference is night and day. I can tell that im a lot less triggered.

I have had RIDICULOUS insomnia for over a decade. I have always used alcohol to deal with it but in recent months started feeling like it was causing some really serious health problems, like gout flair ups and the like. In searching for an alternative I stumbled upon PEAK and figured what the heck. Well needly to say this worked COMPLETELY. The first night I took it I was zonked out within an hour and slept for 8 straight hours which never happens. Whats even more crazy is the next 3 nights I slept without even using it! It's been about 2 weeks now and I just use it when I can tell I am going to have trouble sleeping, I did have one night where it didn't work and I was up all night, but the next night I slept again with peak.

I love PEAK! I have always had issues with anxiety and been on different anti-anxiety medications over the years. I stopped drinking alcohol and found my anxiety level going up. Found this product and am on my second order. Definitely has a relaxed and calming effect about 10 to 15 minutes in. Peak has been the best supplement for anxiety I have ever taken ever. This is not like other supplements where you think it might be working but you are not sure. You will know if peak is for you from day 1. Some of my friends aren't as much of a fan as I am, but I absolutely love the fact I can feel it working within the hour. One pill is all you need. The capsules are kind of big but it makes sense, you don't want to take several pills just to get one dose in. Would buy again
